YouTube LIVE Controller Extension

These Terms of Service (the """Terms""") set forth the conditions for use of the Chrome extension """YouTube LIVE Controller""" (the """Service""") provided by the operator (the """Company"""). Users who use the Service (the """Users""") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding use of the Service.

Any rules or guidelines separately established by the Company within the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  • 1. The Service is a Chrome extension that assists and enhances the display of YouTube LIVE chat.
  • 2. The Service provides username display conversion, display customization, and other related features.
  • 3. The content of the Service may be changed, added, or removed without prior notice to Users.

Article 3 (Usage Environment)

  • 1. Use of the Service requires a supported browser and access to YouTube.
  • 2. Due to changes, restrictions, or outages on YouTube""s side, some or all of the Service may not function properly.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the Service.

  • 1. Modification, disassembly, analysis, or reverse engineering of the Service
  • 2. Redistribution, resale, lending, or transfer of the Service
  • 3. Unauthorized unlocking of features or avoidance of payment
  • 4. Actions that cause disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties, or the Company
  • 5. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  • 6. Actions that violate YouTube""s or related services"" terms of use
  • 7. Attempts to cause duplicate charges by intentional or improper means

Article 5 (Suspension of Use, etc.)

If the Company determines that a user falls under the prohibited actions in the preceding article, the Company may, without prior notice or demand, suspend all or part of the Service, invalidate the license, restrict or delete the account, or take any other measures it deems necessary.

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the user as a result of such measures.

No refunds will be made to the user even if measures are taken under this article.

Article 6 (Fees and Premium Features)

  • 1. The Service includes one-time paid features (the "Premium Features").
  • 2. The price, content, and conditions for Premium Features shall be as displayed within the Service.
  • 3. Premium Features become available immediately after purchase, in principle.
  • 4. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase.

Article 7 (Payment)

  • 1. Payment for Premium Features shall be made through the payment methods designated by the Company.
  • 2. In the event of payment-related issues, the terms of the payment provider shall apply.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • 1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.
  • 2. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer such rights to Users.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  • 1. The Company makes no warranties that the Service is free of factual or legal defects.
  • 2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
  • 3. The Company shall not be liable even if the Service becomes unavailable due to changes in YouTube's specifications.
  • 4. Use of the Service is at the User's own responsibility.

Article 10 (Changes or Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

  • 1. The Company may revise these Terms when deemed necessary.
  • 2. Continued use of the Service after changes means Users agree to the revised Terms.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of personal information in the Service shall be governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • 1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  • 2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.

These Terms shall apply from January 4, 2026.
